The Watts Tea Shop, Milwaukee’s most historic tea room, perched atop a glamorous china and crystal store, is being honored with the James Beard 2011 America's Classic Award! Chef Jason Stevens and George Watts CEO Sam Watts (fifth-generation family President) will be in attendance in NYC tonight to receive this prestigious award which honors "our nation's beloved regional restaurants."
